Welcome to Preparoo. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them before you start.

Acceptance of Terms

When you access or use the Preparoo website or platform, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Preparoo is an educational platform that helps you prepare for the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) UG and IPMAT (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test) exams. It offers study materials, practice questions, mock exams, study help tools, and other learning resources. The platform is for learning only and does not guarantee any exam result.

Ask Preparoo & Copilot Tools

Ask Preparoo and our other copilot tools generate answers automatically using third-party model providers. These responses can sometimes be incomplete or wrong, so always check them against your official syllabus and other trusted sources.

We shall place reasonable restrictions on Ask Preparoo and our copilot calls, for both free and paid users, based on prevailing pricing for the model providers we use. We may change these limits at any time to keep the service sustainable.

User Accounts

Some features need an account. When you create one, you agree to:

• Give accurate and complete information
• Keep your login details secure
• Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission
• Take responsibility for everything done through your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Free Tier. Preparoo has a free tier with selected mock exams, practice questions, flashcards, and study notes at no cost. We suggest trying it before you buy, to make sure the platform suits you.

Paid Plans. Paid plans are a one-time payment. Your access starts as soon as the payment goes through.

Refunds. You can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, as long as you have used less than 20% of the paid content (based on study notes viewed, flashcards reviewed, and practice questions attempted). After 7 days, or once you pass 20%, purchases are final. Approved refunds are started within 3 business days and reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Payment Processing. Payments are handled securely by our payment partner. Preparoo does not store your card details. If money is deducted but you do not get access because of a technical error, email us at [email protected] and we will fix it within 48 hours.

Pricing. We may change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already made. We do not offer price matching, backdated adjustments, or credits for past purchases.

Access Duration. Paid access is valid for the next CUET / IPMAT exam window after your purchase date.

Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out planned or unplanned maintenance that briefly limits access. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on Preparoo — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — belongs to Preparoo or its suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy, share, change, or build on this content without our written permission.

Preparoo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Testing Agency (NTA) or the IIMs. CUET is run by the NTA and IPMAT by the respective IIMs; all trademarks belong to their owners. Neither the NTA nor the IIMs endorse, review, or warrant our products or services. Our materials are developed independently and are not certified by the NTA or the IIMs.

Our content is for learning only and is not financial advice. We do not warrant that all content is accurate or complete, and using the platform does not guarantee success in any exam.

Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, Preparoo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. We will try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not work, the dispute will go to binding arbitration under the applicable rules.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect as soon as we post them here. If you keep using the platform afterwards, you accept the updated terms. Please review this page from time to time.
